Excellent Wellness Facilities: The highlight of my stay was definitely the hotel's wellness area. After a grueling workout, I found relaxation in the pool, sauna, and experience shower. It was like stepping into a haven of tranquility, leaving me refreshed and rejuvenated.

Parking Arrangements: Parking was a bit inconvenient as the confirmed parking was not available. Had to park 1 mile away from the hotel, which was quite a hassle.

The hotel has a convenient location with easy access to all public transportation and numerous restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities such as a small kitchen, a washer/dryer, and an excellent bathroom. The helpful and friendly staff added to the overall pleasant experience at the hotel.

The lighting in the room could be improved to make it brighter, especially during the darker months, as the indirect lights and dark color scheme made the room quite dark.

The location was perfect, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. It was very modern and clean, with a well-organised room. We appreciated having a small kitchen and washer/dryer. The staff members were lovely, especially Jasmine who spent time chatting with us and answering our questions about the area.

The mattress on the bed could have been a bit more supportive, but it was still comfortable enough for a decent night's sleep. It would have been helpful if the repair personnel let us know when they were coming to our room.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city centre, surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. the staff were incredibly friendly, always on hand to assist with any queries.

The bedroom lacked USB plugs, which was a minor issue. the room was quite dark, and the use of indirect lighting and dark colours made it even darker in the darker months.

Modern lobby, well-equipped rooms, helpful staff, perfect location, great restaurants nearby, good for families with children.
